• The property or venue address you provide
• Any additional information you choose to share in your message

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the site to function, and we do not run advertising trackers.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• Arrange and carry out the services you request
• Communicate with you about your booking

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to an enquiry you initiated — and, where a contract is formed, on the basis of contractual necessity.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. Client records related to completed projects are retained for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

Third-party services

Our contact form uses Formspree to process submissions. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and stores form submissions on secure servers. Please refer to their privacy policy for further details.

Our 3D tours are hosted by Matterport. When you view an embedded tour, Matterport may collect usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Object to our processing of your data
